Evakuace vybrané školy z hlediska krizového managementu

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of object evacuation of a school facility in the context of crisis management and the analysis of risks that may initiate an emergency event. The main objective of the work is to assess the current level of preparedness of the selected subject and to propose optimized procedures to increase the safety of students and employees. The theoretical part synthesizes knowledge from the fields of civil protection and fire safety, comparing the legal frameworks of the Slovak and Czech Republics. The practical part is designed as a case study, including an audit of safety documentation, a semi-quantitative risk assessment, and the implementation of a tactical evacuation exercise based on a bomb threat scenario. The result of the work is the formulation of technical and organizational measures and the creation of a First Response Methodological Sheet, which serves as an operational tool for effective evacuation management under time pressure.
