Řízení nákupu v příspěvkové organizaci

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is concerned with the issue of purchasing and stock management in a state-funded institution, namely in Hospital with health clinic in Havirov. Using different methods, this study investigates and analyses internal documents aiming to find out weak points of purchasing, supply and choice of suppliers. The final results were explained and followed by proposals and suggestions how to solve or improve situation in Havirov’s hospital. The first part is focuses on the description of the organization, theory describing purchasing, stocks and suppliers. The second part is analytical, dedicated to the analyses itself with the help of ABC, XYZ methods and Kraljic matrix and analyses ofe-auctions.
