Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with customer satisfaction measurement of Pancake House. The aim was to find out the satisfaction of customers with the pancake house, or even the reasons for dissatisfaction. For the purposes of this work, quantitative research was conducted using online and paper surveys, where respondents stated what they are satisfied with and what they are not in the company. An evaluation was performed based on the data from the questionnaire. Depending on the results of the questionnaire survey, proposals and recommendations were set for higher customer satisfaction and retention.
