Restaurace "Pod Vikštejnem" ve Vítkově-Podhradí

Abstract

The content of my work is to develop documentation for building a restaurant in Vitkov - Podhradí. The aim was to propose building the restaurant building on both the operatational aspect and the engineering aspect. Restaurant is designed to be integrated into the surrounding landscape as well as possible. The mass of building consists of two parts - the restaurant one and the operation one. Overall context it creates one complex. When I was designing this proposal Iemphasis on natural and adequate lifting due to overall comfort in using buildings not only for customers but also for staff. The foundation for construction of this building were planning and local technical documentation, maps and additional exploration and analysis of environment. All documentation is carried out according to applicable standards and regulations.
