Vyhodnocení procesu oddlužení v České republice

Abstract

The thesis is to specify and explain the term and process of deleveraging, define its causes as well as consequences that entails. The theoretical part analyzes the insolvency law, insolvency proceedings and entities acting in it and the basic concepts associated with the institution of debt relief. The economic and social consequences, which leads to indebtedness, are evaluated at the end of the theoretical part. The beginning of the practical part includes case studies, which show a process of a debt relief of debtors who entered into debt reduction during 2015 and 2016. The second part of the chapter deals with the practical analysis and evaluation of debt ratios.
