Simulace a predikce dopadů kalamitní těžby na odtokové poměry lesních povodí v Jeseníkách.

Abstract

This thesis is focused on forest hydrology and forest water management. In relation to these topics the thesis deals with the impact (consequences) of salvage cutting of spruce stands on discharge conditions of small forest catchment areas of the Suchý, Sokolí and Slučí streams which are right-bank tributaries of the Černá Opava river located in the Hrubý Jeseník mountains. The description and analysis of the researched catchment areas was done in GIS (tool). Additionally, using rainfall-runoff and hydrodynamical modeling, I simulated and predicted the discharge conditions following the salvage cutting, stand changes and changes of precipitation and temperature patterns. In the end of the thesis I evaluated the outcomes and results and proposed potential recommendations for the forest and water management.
