Abstract
The aim of this work is to evaluate the financial situation between the years 2008-2010, with selected financial indicators and the information obtained from financial statements and then recommend solutions to identified problems. Are analysed information sources, which are derived from the information necessary for the creation of financial analysis. This is essentially a balance sheet, profit and loss and attachment. It analyzes the chosen methods of financial analysis. Findings are applied to the Česká pošta, s. p.
