Abstract

This thesis focuses on the time savings in the logistics process. The first chapter is theoretically analyzed the role of storage and inventory. The second chapter introduces the history and current operations of Tube Mill. The current situation of unsatisfactory raw material storage is analyzed in the third chapter. In addition, the new system configuration of the warehouse is devised using a vacancy area after removal of redundant equipment. At the end of the third chapter there is the calculated time savings of the proposed solution.
