Problematika managementu armádního sportu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with an issue of management in military sports. Departmental sports centers, including the Army Sports Centre DUKLA, are according to the law supposed to ensure the preparation of Czech sports teams. Army athletes have a significant share of success of Czech teams in international sports events as in the past as in these days. The work consists of six chapters, which deal with a system of security and support of national sports teams, with the way of funding of this system and with the structure of organization of the Army Sports Centre DUKLA. Author of this work tries to reveal how the whole organization works and to evaluate the efficiency of this system in comparison with achieved results of sportsmen at the Olympic Games.
