Plnění úkolů ochrany obyvatelstva jednotkami požární ochrany

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem metodiky pro přípravu jednotek požární ochrany pro plnění úkolů ochrany obyvatelstva. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva po jeho současný stav a analýzu stavu vybraných jednotek zajišťující plnění úkolů ochrany obyvatelstva. V praktické části jsou uvedeny návrhy na plnění těchto úkolů jednotkami požární ochrany a následně pak návrh metodiky obsahující popis pracovišť a organizační zajištění přípravy jednotek požární ochrany pro plnění úkolů ochrany obyvatelstva.

This thesis describes the design methodology for the preparation of fire protection for the challenges of protecting the population. The theoretical part describes the development of civil protection for their present state and condition analysis of selected units to ensure protection of public tasks. The section provides practical suggestions for carrying out these tasks, the fire brigade and then to a proposal containing a description of the methodology and organizational departments to ensure the preparation of fire protection for the population-control tasks.
