Snížení nákladů na energie vybraného objektu ve vlastnictví města

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je navrhnout, na základě analýzy nákladů vynaložených na spotřebované energie v objektu ve vlastnictví města opatření, která mohou být využita jako podklad pro nalezení optimální formy snížení provozních nákladů. Část práce je zaměřena na specifika hospodaření měst, kde mezi základní principy hospodaření patří povinnost využívat svůj majetek účelně a hospodárně v souladu s jejími zájmy a úkoly vyplývajícími se zákonem vymezené působnosti.

The topic of this thesis is to propose, based on an analysis of the costs incurred on the energy consumed in the building owned by the city of measures that can be used as a basis for finding the optimal form of reduced operating costs. Part of the work is focused on the specifics of the cities where the basic principles of management are required to use their assets effectively and efficiently in accordance with its interests and challenges arising with the law of responsibility.
