Analýza konkurenceschopnosti stavebního podniku působícího ve východních Čechách

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of competitiveness of a company operating in the construction industry in East Bohemia. The aim of the study is to identify the main factors affecting the company's market position and to propose strategies for strengthening its competitive advantage. The analysis is based on the theoretical framework of strategic management, in particular methods such as PEST analysis, SPACE analysis, Porter's five forces model and benchmarking. In the practical part, an assessment of the competitive environment is made based on available economic data, interviews with the business owner and an analysis of external and internal factors affecting the business. The results point to key areas for improvement, including cost optimization, business process innovation and strengthening marketing activities. The proposed recommendations are intended to help achieve greater efficiency and a better competitive position in the regional market.
