Snížení nákladů na neshodné výrobky ve výrobním podniku strojírenského průmyslu

Abstract

The diploma thesis is based on the topic „Reduction the cost of nonconforming products in a production company of the machine industry“. The author discusses the context of quality and its effective management in the organization using TQM. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis was devoted to defining the concept of quality, quality management and the concept of quality organizing. Quality management methods, tools and procedures were introduced. The conclusion of the theoretical part was devoted to costs and models of financial measurement, as well as innovations, their definition and classification. The aim of the practical part was the analysis of internal discrepancies in the production of shafts using Pareto analysis in terms of the largest losses to the type of defect. The root causes were identified and corrective actions were proposed using Poka-yoke systems in order to eliminate these discrepancies and their losses. The conclusion of the work is an evaluation of the proposed measures with an economic quantification of the results achieved in the implementation of corrective actions.
