Analýza vlivu lidského činitele na bezpečnost v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the search of principles and methods of analyses of the influence of human factor on safety at industrial facilities in the Czech Republic as well as in the world. The author explains long-discussed terms such as human error or risk. In the other part of bachelor thesis a particular, concrete methodology of analysis of human factor is used for updating of documentation of serious breakdowns at co-operative plant. On the basis of results, consulted with plant´s representatives, several precautions were suggested.
