Měření vnitřního prostředí polomasky

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to implement a device that will be able to record and store information about the internal environment of the half-mask and its surroundings. The variables to be investigated will mainly include pressure, temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration. The work aims to create a device that will be able to not only measure these, but also record them on a storage medium or a superior cloud storage. For this reason, two approaches for data storage were presented, i.e. online and offline. Prior to the start of the tests, a review of the existing knowledge regarding the measurement of the half-mask environment was carried out, from which boundary conditions could be established according to which suitable sensors could be selected. Once the measurement chain was set up, a series of measurements were made under different conditions and using different types of filters attached to the valves of the half-mask. The result is a device for recording the pressure, temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in and around the half-mask with the possibility of obtaining information on the average number of breathing cycles, dew point and the condition of the fitted filter.
