Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the attractiveness of the company as an employer. It characterizes the labor market, which is the main place for recruitment. It defines the concept of human capital, employer's brand and personal marketing, which affects the overall reputation of the enterprise. It outlines the main employee benefits, positive and negative factors for job satisfaction and the factors most attractive to the employer. It deals not only with staff recruitment, adaptation, rewarding and motivation but also addresses the generation collision and the expectations of young people entering the job. The practical part is devoted to research focusing on aspects such as values, visions and goals of the organization, location of work performance, salary evaluation, employee benefits. The work is complemented by a series of tables that document the results of the research to inform about what expectations young generation has and what it emphasizes when choosing a job.
