Zhodnocení činnosti vybraného sociálního podniku při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of employment of people with disabilities in selected social enterprise. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The theoretical part is devoted to the creation of social enterprises and employment of people with disabilities. It also includes a definition of social inclusion and exclusion. The practical part is mainly focused on selected social enterprise, number of social enterprises in the Czech Republic and access of regions to these enterprises. There are 241 registered social enterprises in the Czech Republic located in different regions. Most social enterprises are registered in the capital city of Prague. GERLICH ODRY s.r.o. can be described as a good reputable social enterprise based on the findings, employing people with disabilities.
