Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to identify new potential customers or groups of potential customers, the REPRO TPO company still does not to adress it and using information obtained from competitors on the market of printing services. The thesis includes the characteristics of the REPRO TPO company on the market of printing services in Ostrava and its surrounds, further work is focused on the issue of market segmentation and market segments. The practical part deals with a research and data collection by technique called mystery mailing. Subsequently, the analysis of the collected information will be analyzed by computer software programme including word interpretation of research results. On their basis will be established proposals and recommendations for new market segments of reprographic studio.
