Územní studie lokality Šumbark II.,Havířov

Abstract

The thesis discusses the proposal for spatial and functional usage of the locality Šumbark II in Havířov, which is situated to the west of a cemetery. Locality usage is suggested according to the local plan of Havířov, where the area of interest is a part of functional propositional buildable area SM – miscellaneous residential town area with the projection of multifunctional usage with predominantly residential function supplemented with public facilities. The project is made in two variants, one of which is finished minutely in required extent as per regulation n.499/2006 Sb, about building documentation, as amended by regulation n.62/2013, and it is supplemented with the proposal for traffic arrangement, the proposal for underground utilities and the proposal for public area treatment. Economical demands of the solution were made for the chosen variation.
