Abstract

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to observe the behavior of people shopping on online stores which are selling accessories for cars. The theoretical part aims on trading solutions over the internet. The practical part deals with user testing and a subsequent analysis of a particular online store. In conclusion, the bachelor's thesis gives suggestions to improvements based on this analysis.
