Zamestnancké benefity vo vybranej spoločnosti

Abstract

V mé diplomové práci se zabývam tématikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V první kapitole představuji evropský postoj k zaměstnanosti, evropské průzkumy a zároveň i pohled na zaměstnanecké benefity prostřednictvím Mezinárodních účetních standarů. Druhá kapitola popisuje účetní a daňové postupy při zaměstnaneckých výhodách obecně, v České republice a na Slovensku. Poslední kapitola je praktickou částí práce a obsahuje konkrétní nabídku benefitů vybrané společnosti. Na základě poznatků z dotazníkového průzkumu uvádím pro firmu vlastní návrhy.

In my diploma thesis, I deal with the theme of employee benefits. In the first chapter I present european approach to the employment and european survey as well as the view to the employee benefits through the International account standarts. The second chapter describes the account and tax methods in employee advantages in general, in Czech Republic and in Slovakia. The final chapter is the thesis´ practical part and contains concrete benefit offer in the chosen company. Based on the survey knowledge, I introduce my own proposals to this company.
