Abstract

Subject of the thesis is exalution of current situation of expedition arrangement and other stores in VIADRUS plant – producer of heating technics – boilers, radiators, Miscellaneous cast – iron products. In the prologue ŽDB GROUP a. s. company, VIADRUS plant, corporate history, progres, present and future business activities, range of products, organization form, store and expedition materiál flows are introduced. Accomplishment of the analysis of present expedition and space arrangement are possible concepts for structure organization change, organization and space arrangement of separated expedition and stores. All to reach more optimal usege of expedition and store space, reduction of costingness during the management of material flows.
