Židovské památky města Třebíče a jejich využití v cestovním ruchu České republiky

Abstract

My bachelor's thesis deals with Jewish sights in the town of Třebíč and their utilization for tourism in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part - theoretical one - is devoted to the explanation of basic terms, the history of the Jewish people and the description of Jewish sights in the Czech Republic. This is followed by a detailed description of Jewish sights in Třebíč. The second part - practical one - is focused on the utilization of these sights in terms of tourism in the Czech Republic. In conclusion, there is a list of several recommendations, which could contribute to a future increase in visitors to these sights and cultural events held in the Jewish quarter and thus help the development of tourism in Třebíč.
