Spokojenost obyvatel Vsetína se sportovním vyžitím ve městě

Abstract

The aim of my diploma work was find out how the Vsetíns inhabitants are satisfaction with sports activities in the town and at the same time I propose an acceptable recommedation, which would rise their satisfaction with sporting. My diploma work is diveded into five sections. First chapter describes town Vsetín. Following chapter is concentrated primarily on the theoretical sports marketing problems, consumer satisfactions and marketing research. Third chapter describes preparations and realizations phase of the marketing research. Aquired information are analyzed in parts fourth. On the base of marketing research results there are draw up some proposals and recommendation at last chapter, which would have contributed to increase in satisfaction of Vsetín´s inhabitants.
