Administrativní budova v Ostravě - stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

ANOTACE Hlavným zámerom mojej diplomovej práce je navrhnúť administratívnu budovu, vypracovať projektovú dokumentáciu pre stavebné povolenie, rozpočet, časový sled prác a technologické postupy pre zvolené stropné konštrukcie. Porovnávala som pracovnú, časovú a finančnú náročnosť u stropných systémov Spiroll a POROTHERM.

Administratívna budova je nepodpivničená a celkom bezbariérová. Je navrhnutých 19 kancelárii, kuchynky s oddychovou miestnosťou, výťahový a schodiskový priestor, vstupná hala. Objekt je zastrešený plochou jednovrstvovou strechou s min. sklonom 2%. Hlavný vchod je situovaný na východnú stranu. Súčasťou objektu sú parkovacie miesta pre zamestnancov, invalidov, cyklistov a motocykle. Pri budovaný tejto budovy je podstatou využívať dostupné prírodné zdroje.

ANNOTATION The main intention of my diploma thesis is to design and administrative building, elaborate project documentation for building permit, budget, time schedule and technological procedures for selected ceiling constructions. I compared the work, time and financial demands of the Spiroll and POROTHERM ceiling systems.

The administrative building is unprivileged and barrier-free. There are 19 offices, kitchens with a relaxation room, lift and staircase, entrance hall. The object is intimidated by flat single-layer roof with min. inclination of 2%. The main entrance is situated on the east side. Part of the building are parking spaces for employees, disabled, cyclists and bikers. When building this building, it is essential to use the available natural resources.
