Dopady destrukce železničního viaduktu na dopravu v regionu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem nesjízdnosti významného dopravního prvku na dopravu v regionu se zaměřením na činnost záchranného systému. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé pojmy z oblasti dopravy a dopravní infrastruktury a také popis jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systémů včetně jejich závislosti na dopravě. Dále je práce tvořena případovou studií, která se zabývá destrukcí konkrétního železničního viaduktu nedaleko Hlučína, pod kterým vede silnice 1. třídy č. I/56. V rámci analýzy je zjišťováno jak dlouhodobá nesjízdnost části silnice č. I/56 ovlivní činnost základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému ve správním obvodu ORP Hlučín a ORP Kravaře.

The thesis examines influence of important traffic element impassability on the transport in a region focusing on the rescue system activities. The thesis describes the individual terms regarding the field of transport and transport infrastructure, as well as it contains a description of the various terms of the integrated rescue systems, including their dependence on a transport. The thesis is furthermore composed of a case study that deals with the destruction of concrete railway viaduct near Hlučín under which the passes first class road No. I/56. The analysis examines how long the impassability of the road No. I/56 affects the operation of the basic components of the integrated rescue system in the administrative district Hlučín ORP and ORP Kravaře.
