Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a guest house with a wellness center with a focus on ventilation and heating. The building is divided into two zones in terms of ventilation and heating. The zone of apartments and common areas will be ventilated naturally, and the rooms with sanitary facilities will be ventilated forcibly using exhaust fans, a cascade of two air-water heat pumps is designed as a heat source for the floor heating of this zone. The wellness zone will be forcibly ventilated using a ventilation unit with an integrated heat pump for dehumidification, and an air-water heat pump is proposed as a heat source for floor heating.
