Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on proposing modifications of a part of the Venclůvka watercourse and follows up the author's bachelor thesis from 2022. This section originally measured 3 007 m and is located in the cadastral territories of Šenov u Ostravy and Dolní Datyně in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The thesis is structured into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the location of interest and the theoretical principles of watercourse modifications. The practical part deals with the actual proposal for modifications. An attached appendix includes graphical representations of the proposed watercourse modifications. Additionally, the thesis includes an economic evaluation of the proposed solution.
