Ochrana obyvatelstva pod vodním dílem Dalešice

Abstract

The bachelor´s work is focused on the protection of the residential areas under the Dalešice dam. The first part of the work describes characteristics of dams, their separation and the basic specifications of the Dalesice dam. It describes the possible causes of threats to the dam, the safety of the dam and the area beneath and the flood control measures. The second part describes how to ensure the protection of the population. Using of warnings, notifications, evacuation and emergency survival of the population along with regulatory restrictions of the people and vehicles movement in the territory affected by the flood. The last part of the work evaluates the current state of the protection of the population beneath the Dalesice dam and it proposes the measures for improvement.
