Nakládání s odpadními vodami z masného průmyslu

Abstract

This thesis is focused on project of appropriate waste water treatment technology from meatpacking industry, so that emission limit values for discharged water would be achieved. In the teoretical part are compiled sources concerning problematics of waste water from meatpack industry, which are not widely published. In this subject area the newest trends were taken into account. In the practical part series of analysis and measurements were made for waste water treatment technology proposition. Data are consecutively evaluated. The last part of this thesis comprises from wastewater tretment plant proposition, which could be used for project documentation. During the monitoring new borrowed spectrophotometer MERCK Spectroquant® Pharo 100 was tested.
