Ekonomický přínos vlastní energetiky ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

RESUMÉ Téma diplomové práce je Ekonomický přínos vlastní energetiky ve výrobním podniku. Tento ekonomický přínos je posuzován na příkladu výrobního podniku Hutní podnik, a.s. Práce se soustředí na investiční rozhodování o modernizaci teplárny v Hutním podniku, a.s. se zaměřením na posouzení čtyř zvažovaných variant řešení. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickými východisky ekonomiky a energetiky ve výrobním podniku. Tato kapitola obsahuje rozbor nejdůležitějších energetických médií v Hutním podniku, a.s., dále metodiku výpočtu investiční návratnosti u modernizace teplárny třemi způsoby řešení a také ekologické aspekty modernizace výrobního zařízení. Další kapitola se zabývá samotnou analýzou současného stavu v HP, a.s. Poslední kapitola obsahuje subjektivní návrhy a doporučení pro HP, a.s. z hlediska volby varianty řešení u modernizace teplárny a doporučení optimální výroby tepla v HP, a.s. Práce je doplněna o tabulky, vzorce a vlastní výpočty.

SUMMARY My thesis deals is Economic Benefit of its Qwn energy in the Manufacturing Company. The economic benefit is evaluated using Hutní podnik, a. s. as an example. The thesis focuses on investment decision regarding refurbishment of heating station in Hutní podnik, a. s.. It concentrates on assessement of four types of solutions. The chapter one is dedecated to teoretical solution of the economy and energetics in a production company. This chapter contains ana analysis of the most important energetic media in Hutní podnik, a. s. as well as methology of calculation of investment return with refurbisment of heating station using three ways of solution. It also entails ecological aspects of the production equipment refurbishment. Next chapter copes with analytics of current state in HP, a. s.. Last chapter consists of objective proposals and recommendations for HP, a. s. as far as choosing an optimal solution of refurbishment of heating station and recommendation of the best means of heat production in HP, a. s.. Tables, formulae and own calculations are atteched.
