Abstract

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to sumarize the knowledge of the operating rules of buildings, their types and methods of their creation. Then create operating rules of school building, or its individual operations, such as classrooms and laboratories. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis deals with processing theory concerning the issues of operating rules, their types and use in practice, methodology of assembly, parts of operating rules and their location in building documentation. Furthermore, bachelor thesis deals with the comparison between operating rules and standard instruction for the use. The practical part is the creation of operating rules for the classroom and geotechnical laboratory.
