Abstract

Design reconstruction of the decision-making process in deciding which agency selects best option of all the solutions under consideration, ie a process whose result is an optimal decision. In this work, I focused on the theoretical analysis of electrical networks by type, topology, and the importance of electricity supply. Further analysis of the effects recorded here influencing the electricity network losses. Theoretical analysis of options to optimize network losses, and optimization methods and their evaluation. It describes the analysis of the 110 kV power Nošovice, Lískovec and recommended alternative solutions that are appropriate for this area. The proposed solution uses the construction of a new substation, 400/110 kV transformation Kletné, which will enable us to meet the demands of new customers and industrial zones on the grid connection. In conclusion the evaluation referred to the solution adopted.
