Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of a warehouse with an administrative part in Ostrava. The building has no basement, divided into two buildings. The emphasis was mainly on simplicity and also on easy and fast construction feasibility. The diploma thesis includes a technical report, construction drawings, thermal engineering assessment of building structures, energy label of the building envelope and static calculation of the selected element. The result of the diploma thesis is a project for the construction.
