Abstract

The subject of this thesis is an analysis of employee motivation City of Chomutov. The first part is a characteristic of the municipality, which includes his position and responsibilities, organizational structure, the analysis of employee benefits, the municipality offers its employees. The second part is a survey on the motivation of workers and the subsequent video analysis. In this section are defined hypotheses that were confirmed or disproved by the investigation. The third part is the mention of the shortcomings that were identified investigation, further evaluation of hypotheses and a proposed solution for improving the current situation.
