Abstract

Outsourcing is a modern way of managing primarily supporting activities of an organization which do not bring added value to the customer. Companies' approach to outsourcing is individual, some are more conservative and prefer to manage most of their activities by internal resources, while others are more adventurous and willing to experiment. Company Autosupplies, Ltd. has a significant amount of activities handled by external suppliers, however, there is still a potential for expansion and in particular to ensure that services are managed in complexity by one supplier, especially in the field of security and facility management.
