Abstract

The Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the analysis and the creation of selected internal guidelines in the limited liability company. All the work is divided into two parts, the theoretical one and the practical other. The first part – the theoretical one is concentrated on the legislative determination, the division of guidelines and their analysis. Then also the company, for which the guidelines are created, is describing. The second part – the practical one is focused on selected internal guidelines which the company devised and worked out.
