Abstract
Objective of this thesis was to collect and analyze knowledge about the most violated provisions of a law related to beginning, process and end of an employment relationships between emploees and employers in business. It describes difficulties rosen by applying Labor Code and other related enactments in practice. The most impertant parts of Labor Code are described in particular parts of thesis, they are analyzed from point of count of realized major violations sequent on rights and duties of labour regulations of the Czech Republic in 2008. Each part is terminated with descrition of circumstances of violation made by employers. The last chapter shows possible sequels of non-fulfilment of statutory duties.
At the end of thesis there are described reasons why labour regulations was passed across, and some contemplation how to avoid violations of enactments, or at least how to minimize this behaviour.
