Abstract

Diploma thesis summarizes information about the possibility of rescuing people from the cliff walls. Statistically evaluate the frequency of rescue from the cliff walls. Characterizes conduct rescue people from the cliff walls, technical equipment and method of preparation of units for fire protection. Evaluates cooperation between IRS to rescue people. Evaluates the conditions and conduct rescue of persons on the basis of lessons learned exercises and actual interventions and proposes measures to improve preparedness climbing groups and cooperatives.
