Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is a very broad concept that is currently a very hot topic. This thesis in theoretical part describes the fundamental principles underlying the very concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Explains the origin of the concept of CSR, the basic pillars on which it is based. In the analytical section describes the socially responsible activities and Code of Ethics on of the Czech media groups - Ringier Axel Springer Media AG. Journalistic and practical part of the thesis shows the importance of the answers of respondents surveyed, and it all can make closer link between economic sphere and this disassembling concept. Use the comments, which are processed in the work, we can better imagine aspects, limits and operation of a socially responsible company. It contains a poll, interview and at the end there is critical review of the book called Amusing Ourselves to Death. In conclusion there are the goals which were achieved in the work.
