Analýza a návrh bezpečného systému podávání medikace s využitím NIS s pomocí metody CWA

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the framework of cognitive work analysis (CWA), which has not yet been described in the czech literature. This framework is reviewed in the context of this work and, in accordance with the CWA rules, an analysis is made of the work domain for the prescription of medications and their administration to the patient. Before the analysis, an interview was conducted with several doctors and nurses to whom targeted questions were addressed according to the CWA rules. The information obtained from these interviews was set in the context of each approach of the framework and a detailed analysis of all the CWA phases was carried out. Based on the analysis, the system design, including the application windows, was then performed and described functionalities of the proposed system. Finally, the overall assessment of the suitability of the CWA method for the healthcare sector analysis of medication work is presented.
