Analýza zadluženosti podniku ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza zadluženosti podniku ve stavebnictví. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat zadluženost společnosti Trakce, a.s. prostřednictvím poměrových ukazatelů zadluženosti a predikčních modelů. Dále je cílem analyzovat vliv zadluženosti na rentabilitu vlastního kapitálu pomocí pyramidového rozkladu a analýzy odchylek. V neposlední řadě je cílem posouzení celkových nákladů kapitálu. Analýza je provedena za období 2006 až 2010. Teoretické část bakalářské práce pojednává o finanční analýze a nákladech na kapitál. V praktické části bakalářské práce je vypočtena vertikální, horizontální a majetkovo-kapitálová analýza. Finanční situace podniku je také analyzovaná prostřednictvím Altmanového modelu, Indexu IN 05 a poměrové analýzy. Ještě je proveden pyramidový rozklad ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu, který je doplněn o analýzu odchylek. V posledních podkapitolách jsou analyzovány náklady kapitálu a je vypočtena analýza finančního rizika. V závěru jsou shrnuty a okomentovány nejdůležitější aspekty provedené analýzy společnosti.

The theme of the thesis is to analyze a company's debt in the construction industry. The aim of this work is to analyze the debt of the Traction Company, Inc. through debt ratios and predictive models. Another aim is to analyze the influence of debt to equity return using a pyramid decomposition and analysis of deviations. Last but not least is the aim of assessing the overall cost of capital. The analysis is performed for the period for the years 2006 to 2010. The theoretical part of this thesis is divided into financial analysis and costs of capital. In the practical part of this thesis the vertical and horizontal property-capital analysis is calculated. Financial situation of the company is also analyzed by using the Altman´s model, the Index IN 05 and ratio analysis. The pyramid decomposition of indicator of return on equity is made, supplemented by analysis of deviations. In the last subsections the costs of capital are analyzed and the analysis of financial risk is calculated. At the end the most important aspects of the analysis are summarized and commented.
