Technicko-ekonomická analýza svařovaného spoje materiálů 42CrMo4V + S355NL

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to compare two manufacturing technologies – the existing one and the one proposed herein – used for the production of drum weldments. The thesis mainly deals with the technical and economic analysis of the weld joint of materials 42CrMo4+QT (ČSN EN 10083-3) and S355NL (ČSN EN 10025-3). Costs were calculated for the existing and proposed manufacturing technologies of weldments on the basis of the data provided by HOPAX Ltd., and they were used for the determination of results. The results of test data and calculations served for the comparison of the two technologies from the technical and economic points of view, and benefits of the proposed manufacturing technology were assessed. The outcome of this work is the design of a new technological process.
