Územní studie lokality „Jasénka“, Hlučín

Abstract

The aim of presented bachelor thesis is to develop the territorial study to urban design solution of self-standing family houses in the locality of Jasénky. The study is prepared on the basis of urban and technical conditions in the area and fully corresponds with the objectives of land use plan of Hlučín city for functional land use. The proposal contains two options and the chosen option is further elaborated. The study contains urban design including complex solutions for overall layout, design for communications, traffic, urban green and space for the relaxation and sport.
