Metodika zpracování plánu činnosti obce pro řešení mimořádných událostí

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of preparedness of a municipality for extraordinary events. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part contains a system of preparedness for extraordinary events and crisis situations in the Czech Republic and the analysis of the situation in the Czech Republic and abroad. The other part shows a draft of the methodology used for elaboration of activities plan which could be used by a municipality to cope with extraordinary events. It contains also a sample plan which is a part of the appendix. The methodology will be used in practice by municipal authorities to work out an appropriate plan for dealing with extraordinary events.
