Abstract
The bachelor work is oriented on segmentation of customers that are buying Aloe Vera potions. A theory about segmentation and market is presented in the work. On the basis of the questionary sheets and results from MS Excel the segments and characteristics of these customers are built-up. Proposals and recommendations of firms are determined according to founded segments.
