Abstract
The subject of this thesis is a proposed solution of a multifunctional building with a
commercial use ground floor, offices and apartments on the Popská Street in Opava. The proposed building consists of a café, wine bar, wine store, three boutiques, offices, and 2 + kk and 3 + kk apartment units.
The thesis is in a form of a project documentation used for construction pusposes.
