Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the risk management system for production of wood briquettes in the company Ekobrikety, s.r.o. The introductory part of this thesis focuses on the fundamental legislation related to this issue and to the theoretical basis of risk management area. The most important part of this thesis is devoted to the descripton of the manufacturing proces and current state of security. In the following charter, the Security Analysis is prepared by using selected methods by which individual risks are identified and subsequently evaluated. In the final part of the thesis, corrective measures are designed on the basis of the results of Security Analysis, which will lead to the security risk of manufacturing process minimalization.
