Abstract

The thesis is developed as a project documentation for construction management for the body three-storey building. This is an extension in the embodiment, a combination of two systems of wooden structures. The work includes complete engineering drawings and calculations of major and minor supporting structure of the roof, wood-concrete composite floor construction with regard to the existing supporting elements, external cladding and internal layout of partitions. It was suggested optimal body structure due to the age of the building, the architectural character of the building and the adjacent neighborhood. The main focus was on usability of the superstructure, using the social needs of hospice. Another decisive element for the construction of the speed of construction and affordability.
