Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů u vybraného zaměstnavatele, jeho zhodnocení a doporučení ke zlepšení stavu v této oblasti. Tato bakalářské práce pojednává o rozboru systému benefitů ve třech společnostech (Společnost ABC, Zařízení č. 1 a Zařízení č. 2). Nalezneme zde zkoumání spokojenosti zaměstnanců s poskytovanými benefity taktéž analýzu a návrh možných úprav.

V teoretické části jsou uvedené základní pojmy související s problematikou benefitů a jejich členění. Tato kapitola obsahuje také příkladný výčet benefitů, které mohou zaměstnavatele nabízet. Je také zaměřená na legislativní úpravu benefitů v České republice. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá konkrétním zaměstnavatelem a analýzou jeho systému benefitů. Nalezneme zde také vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, které bylo důležitým zdrojem informací pro další závěry. Dotazování proběhlo přímo mezi zaměstnanci v jednotlivých zařízeních. K dosažení cíle byly rovněž využity informace z personálních oddělení obou zařízení i centrálního personálního oddělení, také kolektivní smlouvy jednotlivých zařízení i kolektivní smlouva celé společnosti.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the system of employee benefits at the selected employer, its evaluation and recommendations to improve the condition in this area. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the system of benefits in three companies (Company ABC, Hospital No. 1 and Hospital No. 2). We can find here an examination of the satisfaction of employees with the benefits which are provided by the employer also analysis and proposal of possible modifications.

In the theoretical part are the basic concepts related to the issue of benefits and their breakdown. This chapter also provides an exemplary list of the benefits that employers can offer. It is also focused on the benefit’s legislative regulation in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the bachelor thesis deals with a particular employer and analysis of his system of benefits. There is also an evaluation of the questionnaire, which was an important source of information for further conclusions. The interview took place directly between employees in individual facilities. Information from the personnel departments of both the facility and the central personnel department, as well as the collective agreements of individual facilities and the collective agreement of the whole company were also used to achieve the objective.
